Miles is 9 Months

Miles is 9 months old and all over the place! He can crawl at roadrunner speed and is pulling up on everything. He can cruise around the coffee table and from one piece of furniture to another. He will let go and keep his balance for a few seconds before he falls and he loves to climb! This week he climbed up the back of one of the bar stools and we didn't even realize it until he started crying when he couldn't get back down. His poor little head is constantly covered in bruises from where he has tried to do more than his coordination can handle. His personality is really starting to come out which is so much fun! He still does really well playing quietly on his own with toys but has quite the temper when you take away something he is holding. He still only says mama but is starting to babble a lot more. One of his favorite things is to pull up and look out the windows in the house.

Miles is still a mommy's boy and loves to snuggle! We have lots of opportunities to snuggle since he still wakes up 3 or 4 times a night then usually ends up in our bed once total exhaustion kicks in for me around 3AM. His bottom two teeth are completely through and his top two teeth are going to pop through any day. Miles eats solids at breakfast and dinner. He usually has an egg or some pureed fruit for breakfast then for dinner he has two squeezy pouches mixed with some oatmeal as well as some finger foods like black beans, banana or peas. He really likes to chew on apple slices and is getting really good at putting finger foods in his mouth. He still nurses the rest of the time and during the night. I'm pretty sure by 10 months wild man will be close to walking.
