Favorite Clara moments this week

These are brought to you courtesy of my two year old who is completely and madly in love with the movie frozen.

Yesterday I hear her bedroom door open and little footsteps coming down the hall after nap. At the top of the stairs she stops then yells. It's coronation day!!!

A few days earlier I was in the kitchen and she got missing. I peaked around the corner and she was sitting on the floor with her back against the front door. I hear her say "Elsa, do you want to build a snowman?"

Love this little girl!!

And for a non frozen moment, yesterday we went to the library and I hear her over in a different area talking to two older girls probably 9 or 10. "You should come see my baby brother." "Come over here with me."  So here she comes with the two girls who look a little confused but are complying. "Here he is right here."  "Isn't he so tiny and cute!!" "His name is Miles." "And this is my mommy, her name is Megan."

Oh my goodness how old are you Clara??!!

Miles is sitting up! And just had his first solids!

Its been a big month for Miles with sitting up and getting solids for the first time. Some days I think he loves the solids and other days I'm not sure if he is fussing because he doesn't like it or if he is fussing because I'm not shoveling it in fast enough. In the last two weeks he has gotten baby oatmeal, prunes, sweet potatoes and green beans. Clara has been practicing feeding him. He thinks its fun the first few times, then when he realizes the spoon is empty he gets quite upset. Clara quite enjoys having a real life baby doll to play with.

When you have a big sister you pretty much play with whatever toy she puts in your lap.

What do you mean its all gone??

Miles is 5 months old!

Sweet boy is 5 months old and getting bigger every day! We went to the pediatrician this week for a visit about reflux and Miles weighed in at 14.8 lbs (15%). They started Miles on a new reflux medicine because although the first one helped we felt like it didn't solve the problem completely. We are hoping the new medicine will help with our night time sleeping issues! Miles is getting really close to sitting up. He can tripod really well and sit up with assistance, he just falls backwards sometimes. He can almost put his paci back in his mouth, its just usually backwards. Once he figures out how to turn it around its gonna be awesome! And here are some pictures of our little cutie.
