19 month check-up

Clara had her 19 month checkup this month. Everything looked great and since Clara was running around the exam room in circles and singing row row row your boat while the doctor was trying to talk to me he said he didn't think we needed to go through the development questions. Clearly she isn't having problems with her verbal or physical development. Her height is 32.75 inches (70th percentile) and her weight is 23.38 lbs (30th percentile). She had to get two shots and only cried for a minute. Clara also had her thyroid checkup with the endocrinologist this month. The blood draw went really well for this for the first time. The doctors have a new office and they now take the blood in the office which was great because its a pediatric office so they were use to kids. They had cartoons playing and gave Clara a baby doll then they had two nurses, one to hold her down and one to take the blood. They got it on the first try which was a first!! So thankful her levels aren't getting worse and we are still hopeful she will outgrown this condition.
